Mr. Toriola is an accomplished E&P professional with extensive experience in the energy industry. He has held senior leadership roles across the Energy and Energy Finance sectors, overseeing acquisitions, start-ups, operations, asset development, and post-acquisition integration.
His expertise spans business development, project execution, portfolio management, and asset rationalisation across the hydrocarbon value chain.
In Nigeria, he has played a pivotal role in the establishment and financing of three oil and gas companies, each involving the successful acquisition of assets divested by multinational operators.
He has helped raise more than $3 billion to support these transactions. Following the acquisition of OML 24 from Shell, he served as Managing Director of Newcross Exploration & Production Limited.
